As they expanded operations, Chants partnered with Metrix to modernize their website and migrate their business onto the Metrix App — helping them better manage bookings, assets, and event coordination.
Challenges
Despite strong community presence, Chants Amusements faced challenges in both their customer-facing and internal operations:
