About Brophy’s Amusements

Brophy’s Amusements is a family-owned mobile amusement operator based in Western Australia, providing rides, games, and attractions for events ranging from local fairs to large-scale festivals. With a growing workload and increasing demand, the Brophy’s team partnered with Metrix to modernize their operations and eliminate inefficiencies — starting with a new website and full integration into the Metrix App.

Metrix took a dual-track approach: launch a customer-facing website that truly represented the Brophy’s brand and onboard the business into the Metrix App for backend operations. This shift provided real-time visibility into bookings and rides while simplifying customer communication and internal workflows.
